Why Have Dogs Gotta Walk?

Here at Houndjog we're very big on dog walking.  All dogs, regardless of size or breed, need daily walks.  Walking is a vital ritual in the dog world and keeps your dog mentally stable. Your dog is a traveler by instinct, and the first thing he or she needs to do in the morning is get up and walk.   Leaving your dog in a yard all day, or taking them to a dog park, is not going to satisfy this instinct.

Here's what Cesar Millan, the Dog Whisperer, says: "To your dog, your back yard is like a large fish bowl in which they are trapped. Fish swim, birds fly and dogs walk.
